You should consider painting the cabinets in the kitchen and changing the grips - it will feel like a brand new kitchen for really cheap🫶🏼 i could imagine that the insides are perfectly fine🥳 we did it one year ago and it changed everything:)

You have so much flexibility in the basement i think you could get away with several themes! You usually film w a couple camera angles, itd be fun to have some different motifs!

I think it’d be cool if you did every room to be like a different aesthetic. Like one room could be dark and witchy, and the next could be bright and colorful and fun. And another room could be like mossy and earthy. Does that make sense?

Those cabinets are absolutely beautiful. Carefully take them out and sell them. That wood paneling is also beautiful and not like the 1970’s wood paneling. That wood you have is pricey. Do NOT paint that house yourself. Hire a professional that is highly recommended. I hate it when people who don’t know how to paint but think they do paint their house.
