I have a question and I mean it with absolute genuine intentions, and I understand if you’re not comfortable sharing, but i would be interested to hear more about your relationship boundaries etc. because obviously being with someone for years and living together, but in separate rooms is not traditionally what we see nowadays. So I guess I’m just curious how this works for the two of you and maybe why you choose that route?

Yes! Thank you! TECHNICALLY it;s not underground, it's ground level! so it's a daylight basement, it's actually on the main/ground floor.

you should remove the closet in your bedroom and make it access to the bathroom so you have a master suite and put ikea pax along the white wall as you wanted.

It's gorgeous! Love it! Sooo much better than the new build. This house seems brighter and cozier. Plus having a yard and not having your neighbors right on top of you is major. Good job trusting your gut! You should be proud :)

The basement space is really nice I would make that whole space my bedroom / a living space and then use one of the bedrooms upstairs for the office and other one for the closet room.

Yeah I would too but the bathroom down stairs is WAY too small. I’d have to make the bathroom larger before I’d be able to do that. Bc rn upstairs I’d have my own bathroom and my bf would get his own bathroom (the smaller one bc he doesn’t use makeup and has way less stuff to store)

So MAYBE in the future! Plus if I do ever get married. At that point it would make more sense to make that a master suite. Rn I don’t need all that space for just me. 🤪

Wow this is a beautiful home. I love the first floor area. When I seen it I thought theater area. A projector would be great for that wall u can make the picture any size and no heavy lifting on a huge tv to hang on the wall. When I move in selling one of my 55 inch tvs and getting a projector. I live alone and I can’t lift anything heavy. I have another 55 inch tv but it may not last much longer anyway. Congratulations !!! On this new purchase and new chapter in your life.

I wouldn't say not to buy them, I just saw a ton more bad reviews for their FRIDGES specifically!! and kitchen appliances (especially samsung) I also saw they both had lawsuits against them for their fridges. So I mean that doesn't mean they're bad! It just means I'd be taking more of a risk buying their fridges (and I'm very risk averse). But it depends on the appliance! for example, apparently LG makes good washers/dryers, even though their icemakers on the fridges and water dispensers seemingly go out frequently. But like I said, Please always do your own research! I did my own and came to my own conclusion, but it might not be right/true for you!
