@@curtis1905 instead of trying to a smartass when you don’t understand something, you can always just ask. Using a loan or mortgage on a house has extremely low interest rates. In fact lower than inflation rates. Secondly say I buy a 1m dollar home with a loan. The mortgage will be 15-25 years and the down payment would be 100k. I could then take that 900k remaining cash I have and invest in blue chip stocks or simply leave it in a high yield savings account. Thirdly the tax benefits using loans are unmatched. (Keep in mind this is all dependent on if u have the cash to afford to buy it all in cash)
