I bought a Kawasaki KLX 250s Review | Old Cop Motovlogs

I took a drive across the divide to check out a little Kawasaki KLX 250s. This is a super clean 2012 dual sport bike I got a steal of a deal on. My first plan was to flip it quick after playing with it for a couple hours I think I just might keep it.

Nice video bud! I picked one up a week ago for 3300 with only 769miles, the gas gauge is a bummer but that 250s kicks some ass it’s definitely loads of fun to ride and looks bad ass!

Realman ontheland is you’re going across country, 650. You’re going to appreciate the 650s ability to keep up on long stretches of road. You also will appreciate its ergonomics for long distance street riding because the 250 is made for dirt biking and designed for it.

Found a 2014 klx250s for 2400 i think I'm gonna have to buy it now. Wanted fuel injection but for that money to good to pass up.

2500 is a normal deal for a used klx but its a great deal for a bike because the klx comes with 2 disk brakes water cooled 4 stroke. and they are capable of all day adventure. and its so damn reliable. ive traveled long distance on these things solid as a rock. it isnt the fastest nor is there a gas gauge

If kawasaki would still make the Klx300r, I think it would be enough extra power to be a perfect dualsport.

Maybe a 400. The 250 is fun around town but I wouldn't take it on a longer ride.

i know this videos old, but i traded a 2020 honda grom for a 2013 klx 250s with 1000 miles on it. basically brand new. whoever owned it before me put a lot of aftermarket things on it and have a book with all the maintence records

I have an 09 and I love it. But the gas gauge thing doesn’t bother me...just watch your miles and remember to reset the trip 🤷🏻‍♂️ not to hard 😂😂

Its a used bike. Probably has the same brake fluid in it. I got a 14 klx as well. Mine stops great.

Remember that it is also a dirt bike and designed to be ridden hard. Nobody wants to accidentally lock the front or rear brake down a mountain side 😂😂😂😂😂

RagedKLX with stock gearing it will be at about 7,600rpms at 70mph. You could always change your sprocket sizes to fit your purpose.

Get a lithium ion battery weighs less than a pound and you will notice a difference on how lighter the bike feels
