Unibilt conversion for sure bro, had one of these it’s uncomfortable as hell, was going to do it but ended up selling it, my cousin got his done and HUGE difference opening up that sleeper/cab

it would be a good time to throw a new paint job on the frame since you'll have the axles and fuel tanks out. could probably hit the rear axle and bell housing too with a fresh coat. With the 3rd axle I'm guessing it's done some heavy haul? Does it have a double frame? and have you ever welded fish plates on a frame? I've been seeing that technique and it would be a great way to reinforce the frame I think.

No double frame. We usually only had these frame crack under the front leaf hanger brackets. But yeah a fresh paint job would be nice!
