Torque multipliers are definitely useful especially in the days of guys over torquing the wheels just ramming them on with a black socket, plus older truck rust issues if you have the clearance and no acetylene torch or mapp gas. Time for a 1" cordless Milwaukee. Things a beast. Don't remember if you guys bought a mag drill yet but they're so awesome for drilling frame rails. If you don't have one, find someone you can borrow one from a long with some annular cutters/ good bits. That or buy one and get lots of use out of it! So glad you guys are back at it! Definitely missed ya! Super excited for this project as the W9 with a flat top is one of my all-time favorite rigs! Can't wait for the next one!

Thank you for the feedback! We have not bought a mag drill yet but we need one for the next video.. any leads on reasonably priced drills that last? The bigger Milwaukee gun will come with time.. crazy expensive unless we can find a deal.

With the toolboxes off, why not cut the toolbox a bit to accommodate some nice 8-inch Pickett elbow stacks?

You go that far might as well Pull the cab off and get rid of all wires and start over. That truck will be a wire gremlin problem from now on, if you don’t.

@@allz3garage627 damn. Let him know that I can pay double for what he paid for it if he want's to change his plans. If the sleeper was clean(not broken) and complete inside.

Your young and ambitious so success is just putting in the time to get where your headed, a million subscribers. I watch Gentry and sons, they do a lot of rebuilding of their own rigs. One thing mentioned is new rules about glider kits..... government saying that is over and the day of electronics is here, the E-log system is coming in strong, another way to keep the little guy either out or very poor before making a dollar of his own. As long as we keep idiots like Joe Biden in office, the less we will have and all of our freedoms gone forever. I would build a sock drawer for the day it all comes crashing down on us. I know I sound like a negative Nancy, but if we lose our right to complain, we will speak chinese sooner than later. I sometimes wish that I was as young as you but then I would of never owned a brand new 1970 Pete. I would never had the chance to drive trucks that are long time brand forgotten. Trucks like the FWD or Diamond T. Some brands still exist but are all but just gone for the big companies either bought them out or they finally just quit for a good many reasons. I know of a old Kenworth from the fifties and because of it being a long time forgotten, not going out of my home anymore, can not remember for sure if it was a cabover or not but seems like it was. Its like one of their first trucks built type thing that was still in a drivable condition. I would put money that its in quite poor condition now cause its not inside a shop. I live in alaska so just getting a rig down to you kids would put it at unattainable price alone. This man who is a millionaire, and my friend of a good many years, now in his eighties will most likely send it and many many trucks to the shredder. Known as mr International for his high number collection of trucks, pickups and such is such a loss when we lose him. I haven't heard from him for a few years so who knows. His wife just tolerates his collection of trucks.

We appreciate the feedback!! Please email us on potential leads so we can get them to us!! Crazy world we live in now, all we can do is what we know… and that’s Diesel motors!
