Amazing coins. That lifetime portrait coin of Julius Caesar is in exceptional quality and must be worth a small fortune. The Augustus denarius is also excellent, it has both the words CAESAR AUGUSTUS visible on the obverse and the moto of the Roman Republic: SPQR on the reverse!

My twelve Caesars is complete, though my portrait Julius Caesar was produced by Augustus after the assassination. Like you, I really want a lifetime denarius, but getting one with a nice portrait and within reason on the price is very difficult.

Nice! And yeah, it's a tough one for sure. Not that there are too many easy options within the twelve...may take me quite some time to find a Caligula and Claudius that I'm happy with and that are within my budget!
