Did anyone else start yelling at the screen, saying "No Flair, no more bidding!" I hope you make your money back!! The small desk, repainted would make a great craft table for Brooklyn. Tools are usually worth a bit if they're a decent name. I think take most to the auction and use what you can. I saw a few things that could be reused with some tlc for kids. I loved the different type of video, it was fun, thanks for the laughs.

Carefully go through papers and shit from the gun cabinet, there could be collectables that would sell on EBay (maybe the poster idk). But it looks like u got at least 2k in tools so it seems worth it to me! Also the electric plug in cooler can be really expensive so check the brand/model of that.

You might wanna look thru those clothes also , they looked in good shape and some things can go for a ton of money . You easily made your money back , I hope you make a vid of you going thru it so we can see everything you got ... dont forget you can sell on facebook marketplace ,craigslist and your local classifieds , or have a friend that your viewers dont know sell it if you are worried about people not being serious , but it could also make things more valuable coming from you and have some good fan interactions ... don't rush thru it if you really want to make your money back , it takes time but also can be very very enjoyable if you look at it from a business point and not being let down from not finding gold or if you lose money on one , theres a gamble to the auctions.... there are better sites for storage auctions and pallet auctions ... they make good videos if nothing else

I absolutely love that you are getting into the storage unit game. If you do it right, you can make millions. One of my fave types of vids! You need to talk to Rob about how to do it right and make the most profit and he can hook you up with Grimes Finds to make the best of it. At this point, you need to hire someone to sell the goods or find another seller to sell for you. You don’t have time to do it yourself. It is a full time job. I think this could be a great addition to the channel!

Hey flair yet another great video of yours definitely shared this one with the buddies and liked it .I just remembered the Video where you found half a mil worth of trees on your Ranch,and considering nowadays lumber prices i think it would be smart to buy a Portable Sawmill like the goonzsquad did to maybe build thinks like animal barns etc from the trees you take out with your excavator. Also that would be great Video material for your Beefcake Construction channel,maybe post the Sawmill once on the main Channel when you buy it and when it actually comes to the process of doing something with the trees you take out you can take it to the second channel much love keep it up King.

Look at it this way , If you sold everything in it for 1 dollar each , you would easily make your money back ... you probably have at least your money in tools and chests depending on the brands . There is a lot you got that would sell for over 100 each themself , just the dvds you could most likely get 3 dollars each from ... You most def have the ability to make a bit more than you paid if you take the time to sell everything right ... Really hope you do more of these , love these vids !

The thing about the auction is, a max bid, once you bid it goes by the next interval not the price you bid. Then if someone else bids and u still have the next highest bid it goes to the next interval. My dad's auction website is that way too. Hopefully this helps
