You want a title to the car so you can register it under your name. If you live in a state that has sales tax, you need the seller to sign a bill of sale. If the seller is really nice, they will put $100 as the sale price so you only pay like $8 in taxes.

As far as reliable American cars, these Pontiac Grand Prix are decently reliable if u maintain them. The Superchargers can be an issue but the newer American cars are built worse (basically anything built after the Housing Crash). They are cheap and $/power are hard to beat.

He wasn't being bossy. Siblings often have a shorthand way of communicating when in a hurry or when doing projects. Also, Nate just sounds like he's talking too fast, as if the playback for part of the video is sped up just a bit. I slowed the playback speed to .75 of the 100 and now Nate sounds fine when talking with his brother.
