I’ve never had a problem with wise I, in fact that’s the only company I use. The grind marks are from balancing, you will see the same thing on rods as well, on any type of combustion engine. You have came a long way brother with your skills, remember it doesn’t matter who you are, you never quit learning!

At one point a few years ago they were Chinese built crankshafts and going out often at less than 5 hours with lots of customers complaints. They had to step up and make things better or else their reputation was gone. Hot rods are made in the USA though 🇺🇸

tip on the wheelies go completely stopped 2nd gear and put your left foot on the rear grab bar and right foot on the rear brake best way to learn you kind of get to stand up for the balance point, also the safest way to bail as well

Don’t chop the throttle when wheeling. I know it’s hard not to but if you stay on it smooth and let it come up, you’ll hit balance point and you can start to get a feel for what it feels like and how to use the rear brake. Chopping makes the bike, or in your case quad, feel unstable.

The crank and the counter balancer need to be "timed up" and they go in together ... there is 1 line on the crank gear and 2 lines on the counter balancer gear ... the crank gear tooth goes in between the 2 lined teeth on the counter balancer gear. Put the crank in the freezer over night (or use dry ice which is even colder than the freezer) then heat the crank bearing and drop in together (the counter balancer is not press fit so it should drop right in)
