This reminds me of the time I watched my local game store owner repairing a Wii. He opened it up and proceeded to pull out FOUR discs from inside. Apparently whoever owned it before they traded it in had trouble getting them to read so they just... kept putting them in? I had pictures, but they're lost to time.

I picked up a Wii super cheap from my friend - swapped it for an Xbox kinect and a lil cash my way. His nephew had sandwiched 3 disks together and forced it into the disk tray. He immediately turned it off and a month later traded it to me, I literally pressed eject and 2 games came out at once along with a LOT of noise, I then had to open it and remove the final disk. Thing still works today and is sat in my living room

I mean, most of them are pretty close to market value… depending on where the game store is located, prices will be inflated a bit over price charting. And most of the store negotiate. Video games are just expensive.
