If I was working on this engine I'd take each piston out check ring condition. If be concerned mainly of that back cylinder the rings might be frozen in the piston grooves. If they're it won't build any compression.

It’s crazy. So far I’ve had to free up a piston, rebuild the injection pump and today I’m tearing into the injectors. But I’ve been impressed with the build quality.

FYI, the TD950 is almost completely parts compatible with Kubota D950, my local shop has had to order a bunch of parts from Kubota to fix my Lb1914

Man Id love to see an update on this. I have the chance to get one of these myself and needs a headgasket they think (water in the oil). Cool Content! where are you finding torque specs and that? do you have a manual?

I gotta post an update video. It runs and moves. But poorly. I have very little documentation. I use a kubota d950 manual for engine stuff. Everything else gets tightened to just before it breaks lol.
