Awesome video as always. I bought the Specta Mini and Air back in November and love both. Always wanted a DJI and after much research, I found both to be identical to the DJI models. Getting batteries was difficult but Specta eventually restocked them. Their customer service is also pretty good.

This is probably the best bang for your buck when considering everything it offers. You get the in air stability and camera quality that you expect from DJI at a bargain price. It would be hard to find something from any of the other brands that even come close. I picked one up a few months ago to get back into drones after a 10 year hiatus. My first was a Yuneeq Q500. It was so much larger and a handful to fly and keep in the air. It was full of features for that time, even included a remote with a built in screen! However modern drones are just so much better. The Mini has been fantastic and I would highly recommend it for first time flyers or even as a very fun and capable drone to carry regularly. My only gripe is the time it takes to get batteries. I ordered a spare for mine when I purchased the drone and it arrived just shy of 2 months. Sure wish the DJI ones would work as not only are they usually available, but they are a tad cheaper too. Sorry for the book here but looking forward to seeing more content with this drone! It’s truly fantastic and has restored my love in the hobby!

I have the ruko f11gm2 , dji min4 pro and this one. I fly the specta everyday. I love it. I too paid 219..bought 2 xtra batteries..a charger and a case. It goes with me everywhere.

Nice review. Video looks good, it's stable (maybe a tiny yaw on the horizon?) If it could link to the DJI RC-2 controller, it would be a bargain.

I bought the Specta Air a few months ago... it is basically the same as DJI Air 3 with RC2 controller (minus AR updates). My only gripe is the lack of availability of additional batteries.

I did just order a spectre off Amazon and actually there was a $40 credit as of February 1st don't know if it's still available total ended up to be around 242 and I took the option of 12- months same as cash. Hope this helps your subscribers.

Great video. I love the drone. I do have a question for you, though. I have a very hard time actually have never been able to hook my phone successfully to a drone. It always tells me strong Wi-Fi but no internet . My Wi-Fi just is unacceptable. Does this need Wi-Fi? Thanks;

Marcus, just saw your vid. Glad I did. I do not own a drone. I have been looking for a good quality, fully featured, sub 249 gram drone to cut my teeth on. I am a backpacker and the drone will be heavily used for that. I wanted dji but have been scared away because of price and the ban potential. This looks good but really wanted obstacle avoidance and follow me feature. Any thoughts?

This one only has downward sensors. If you want OA, you'll need to spend quite a bit more.

I suspect you mean that you live at 6000ft above MSL. This refers to class E airspace above 700 ft. AGL.

Not really. In the city it's fair at night because of surrounding lights. In the neighborhood....i wouldn't recommend. As for normal use i use mine at 1080p 48 fps. Amazing. All functions are great. As far as 10km....I could only get 4700ft. That could be because of interference.

It would, but you would need at add a strobe light. It has no special night features.

Marcus, Amazon is confusing. Does it have a "Fly More" kit option? On their site 1 is $269 and is is $399 (without $40 coupon). The $269 one is "Grey" The $399 one is "Silvery". Strange they would charge that much for a different color. I would think it would be a "Fly More Kit" with extra batteries and stuff for the price difference, not a color difference.
