Is it more than 4x's the value of a Neo??? My concerns are that the gimbal has no protection and the range is limited by your phone. But you do a great job at marketing the product. Always fun to watch. 😱😂👍 *** I wonder if the "8K" is not just upscaled to that size... we have seen many, many budget drones that offer 4 & 6K but in fact are nothing more than 720p upsacled. It will be interesting to see this development. 😱😂👍

Good review Marcus, the HX1PM is an impressive autonomous drone. I’ve been playing around with it and find that it has a lot of pros and a few cons to it but the folks at Hover Air have been pushing out a lot of firmware updates that have addressed some of the known issues. The latest version is 7.5.10 I believe and there’s another firmware push that should be out very soon.

Awesome review Marcus. I was lucky to be with Eddie when he was testing his out back in fall 🍁. It is an impressive drone. Better than the Neo for sure. But the Neo is great for its price. I know more people that have purchased the Neo over this drone. As a matter of fact, I don’t know anyone that has purchased the HoverAir 🤔.

Marcus you did a good unboxing & review. The dolly feature not so good but it didn't crash & stayed in front of you really good at slower speeds. But this Hover Air ProMax has a Awesome Camera. This is the perfect drone to Walk & Vlog. The Intelligent flight mode/shots showed good performance. Well done Marcus oh and clip that mic lol.. Wishing you all the BEST in this New Year

Full watch 🎉 great video and initial flight. I think the promax is an incredible drone, flying camera, with a lot of opportunity. They keep on improving it through firmware. The beacon is still very quirky and not ready for prime time in my opinion. Lastly they need to improve dolly mode and side track so it’s more fluid.

The DJI Flip will definitely be a direct competitor with this one. The Neo was a test the market drone to see if users wanted DJI to produce this product for the market.

I agree,except the DJI Flip is going to be over priced,very fragile and is going to have alot of bugs and problems right outta the gate. This hover air is built very robust and can handle crashes with ease but once again, is very over priced.

It’s a very full featured selfie drone, but maybe a bit over priced for its audience. Good testing, but none of these tracking drones do that well once bring a faster moving vehicle into the equation. Thanks for sharing.
