Have don’t match the radio hub bcm tcm and pcm if that’s the case won’t ever start with out being reflashed with the dealer tool bet money that’s the issue or he has a kill switch on it check around the foot area or leg area on center console that’s probably the case if u take the key button out should be 2 wires running to it if u see 4 wires and not 2 then it has a kill switch
