fun fact that 5x5 first floor probably 80$ a month if they auction 2 months in on top of all the late fees and lien fees and mailing fees for notice of sale, the unit may have had a past due balance of 200$ to 300$ my man Biaheza paid 1700$ for the unit. As a storage unit facility they would add more fees to try to cash in the 1700$ for themselves because they have to send the overage paid from the past due balance back to the owner of the item. So lets say they turn the past due balance up to 500$ after everything is settled. Biaheza just paid owner of the unit 1200$ which will go to unclaimed state funds if he doesn't claim it. Which then ya'll can track him down show him this comment and charge % finders fee for getting his cash back. Stay hustling Heza fam.
