As a fellow marketer, I can see the real work was a. Knowing what tick tok likes and will approve as an ad. B. Having the experience and knowledge to know how to read your data and optimize there ads and your hunch to cut down the size of the landing page c. having the experience and knowledge to troubleshoot rather than give up because (insert irrational subjective cause for lack of sales rather than realizing you needed to go over the backend shipping configurations). I also love how you skimmed over all the actual hard work because you knew most people on KZbin wouldn't understand yet made a big deal out of basically purchasing something I (and no doubt you) know you could have done for free, minus hosting, domain costs and time to develop the site and maybe even apply for approval etc for the products. Basically what I'm saying is that from a professional perspective, I'm impressed cause it might look easy to everyone else but even if they had all the willpower in the world, they wouldn't have the knowledge to do the things required to go from no sales to even 1.

Love the video! Just my thoughts after years of starting up (and failing) a couple businesses: this works way better if you have a big email list. Email list is still king. Yes ads can make you a lot, but if you‘re buying an ECOM business you are mainly buying the email list. Other assets like ad content, product, Website etc. are second after any email list IMO. If the email list is solid and the owner has just not been cranking that marketing, that can get you a lot of sales quickly just by optimizing that sales funnel.
