Love the videos! Bird auctions are about to open up again for the first time since last spring up here. I'm excited and terrified to see what kind of price some of the birds are going to go for. I already have people paying $20 for month old chicks, and that's on the cheaper side of things.

Great video congrats on your new birds and pens! I have to mention this tho. How do you handle those noisy Ginnies? They sound horrible much like a bearing that badly needs greasing. I can listen to a seatbelt warning sound all day but those ginnies no way!

I go to one of the biggest poultry auctions in Oklahoma lot of sick birds still coming through there noticed a lot of it in your video to probably not as bad there though love the auction videos I compare prices there to prices here n if I could make a road trip I could see making a profit pretty easy

I think I know your auction! You definitely need to pay attention to what your buying but typically there aren’t many obviously sick birds. There is a guy that comes up from Oklahoma most sales and buys a large percentage of the sale!

We wonder why non native game birds require paperwork? Some times the government rules annoy me. If they think an animal is of value or produces revenue it’s good.

Unfortunately it’s not getting better! I’ve heard rumors that they want to make Muscovys fall under the same rules as migratory game birds!

Pheasants definitely get more then their share of the cash. But, I’m sure other species benefit here and there because of it
