It's kind of hard to expect really high quality, handmade clothing _and_ cheap. Fabric in itself costs a lot, and then you have to factor in fair labor. Maybe for a sponsored video you could do like...the high cost ones compared to low cost ones?

So many companies are doing fast fashion these days, which is so cheap and meant to be disposable. It's not good for the environment, though - in fact, the fashion industry is one of the worst when it comes to waste and disposing of its excess goods. I'd rather pay more for a few really good quality items that will last for years than buy a lot of cheap stuff that will wear out quickly. Having said that, though, I totally get why people will more often opt for the cheaper versions, what with the cost of living being what it is these days. We have to wear clothes, and these days, cheaper ones make more sense with the lack of funds many are experiencing. I like going to smaller thrift stores. They're not necessarily as inexpensive as they used to be, but they're still great for finding good quality clothes for less, and the smaller ones that are supported by local groups, like the one in a neighbouring town to mine, supports the community services organisation in this area, including the food bank and the job hunting centre. It's buying new-to-me clothes while supporting groups that are doing good. I often buy yarn and other stuff I need in these places, too.

I make my own clothes, and I can tell you you’re paying for DAYS and DAYS of labour - cutting, measuring, pinning, fitting, fiddling with slippery fabrics, finishing. Plus fabric itself is quite expensive. Thank you for supporting small businesses and understanding that things cost money!

The iconic breakfast at Tiffany’s dress was remade by Givenchy in 2019 as it was originally designed by Audrey Hepburn and Hubert Givenchy. It wasn’t advertised or promoted at all, which was really weird. Also, it wasn’t more expensive than any of their other dresses.

I have been watching Hope for years, since it was a little baby channel. It must have been her enthusiasm, honesty and down to earth personality that captivated me because i have no interest in paying hundreds of dollars for leggings or have even stepped foot in a gym in over 10 years 😂. Her channel is just pure entertainment for me with a humbleness that I like. I love that pink dress so much! It was beautiful and fit so well. Personally I wouldn’t benefit from a peloton as I’m physically disabled but I would give it to my fiancé or a close family member.
