I have a solution. Same thing happened to me. I have iphone 11 and it does the same thing. By default it connect to the lower frequency 2ghz band. So finally the solution, I just long press on the wifi icon and wait for 5-6 secs to see the 5ghz band and connect to it. Hope this helps. 😊

Ordered iPhone 11 By trusting this Guy… 1st thing Phone don’t have Original display and it don’t show battery percentage….. Now the 1st unit was completely dead it was not charging stuck at 1% always…. Did all the pappework for warranty service after the week got the 2nd unit guess what It’s back glass was shattered completely… Horible experience with controlz better to go for Chasify…at least you will get genuine phone…

Control z is a fraud company. Before buy make sure you watch the bad review or bad experience from the customer. I have a very bad expeeience after buying the iphone 5 month ago..the iphone stop working.They deny the wranty cliam.
