I'm Korean and I love the mixsoon serum. It's also AMAZING when you use it to exfoliate your skin. After you wash your face, make sure your face is completely dry. Then apply 3 pumps to your whole face as you would normally. Wait for it to get somewhat dry. Then do 1 pump on your fingertips and massage your face with just your fingertips in small inward circular motions (inward circles is important). Make sure you apply enough pressure to massage into your pores. You'll feel the product clumping up into little beads. Then wash off with just water and pat skin dry. Do the rest of your skin care routine. The first time i tried it, I thought maybe the little beads were just the formula of the product itself clumping up, so I tried to exfoliate a second time right after and there were no beads the second time! Obviously you'll get more or less beads depending on the condition of your skin. Honestly I find this to be such a gentle yet super effective exfoliant. Leaves your skin feeling so smooth and soft! Just make sure you don't over exfoliate your skin by doing this too too often. - With love from Korea

Little Bear, Arthur, Franklin and Berenstain Bears were my top favorites as a 90’s kid. Even though I’m 30 now, those shows are still so magical! They just don’t make kids programs like that anymore. Try the back rescue. I have terrible back issues and have had multiple fusions and a spinal cord stimulator. TENS unit but inside. Love it!! But I would be curious to see some back relief options! Creams, devices, roller things, and for sure one that decompresses the spine if that exists. Also I would love for you to try exercises things. A reformer type thing but one that will not break the bank. Love everything you all put out and the cheerful energy (even if your not feeling it)! So maybe some things that elevate our moods, indoor waterfalls, lights, massage ect. ❤

I'm interested to hear more about the things you've done to help with your back pain! I also have chronic back (and neck) pain. I know many people suffer with it so I think it would be helpful for a lot of people. Also I have a little cheap pillow hack. Years ago I asked my physical therapist what she recommended for a pillow, I think specifically one of those pillows with the bump to support your neck. She said what actually works better is rolling up a towel and putting it in your pillowcase. This lets you determine which thickness works best for you (if you need it thicker, you can roll up two towels instead of one). It can be a bit of a pain if your pillowcase is loose, so it might slide around a bit. Overall it has helped a lot to keep my head straighter as I sleep and reduces some neck pain.

Dislikes: I don't wear much makeup so I kinda just zone out when you do makeup lol! But I have super dry hair as I live in Arizona and the sun destroys your hair! Hey!! Hair stylist here 😊I’m watching you use the shark shining tool thing… it’s not necessarily giving you shine but it’s meant to hide all your fly always and shorter hairs. Just a tip when you use it you just want to run it over the top of your hair because it pulls up the strong heavy strands and sucks down the short ones, don’t use it underneath! 🫶

Rachel is dead right on the CHIRP. As someone with a spinal birth defect and life long back issues, CHIRP is amazing. Medium and small are the way to go, but the medium is the one I just couldn’t imagine living without. Also, there is a small $20 electric heating back massager with two rotating barbells under mesh on Jeff Bezos’s company site that is worth every penny and then some. I didn’t have Franklin the Turtle but had the others you mentioned. I had Frog and Toad are Friends, which is my favorite book from childhood.
