I bought the cheapest BBS split rims on the internet, you won't believe the transformation

I bought the cheapest set of bbs split rims on the web to see if I can turn a profit....bent, buckled, corroded.... can we really bring them back?

Loved this vid , just bought a cheap set of bbs 19inch speedline wheels. Do you need a gasket for the wheels? Can you re use the nuts?

Dumb question maybe but how does shocking the bolts help in removing them?

It lossens/disturbs any oxidisation in the threads

No locktite on the bolts? and what Nm did you torque to?

No locktite no didn’t want to hydraulic the threads. The bolts were talked to 10nm then 25nm then checked after 100 miles. I still talk to the new owner and the car has done well over 5k one the wheels with no issues.
