I would add this much. IF you want to go artist road, Procreate on Ipad only would take initially 500mb to a maximum of 1gb. With a simple layer saved while learning to draw, you will take no more than 5mb per art. With 10gb of storage for really complex art (that you can sell that's it) you can have 100 artworks of 3000x3000 at 300dpi finished. And also you can pay Icloud+ for just a dollar (which if you sell a beginner art for 1dollar a month you already get Icloud free). You will have 50gb more of storage.

Im watching this on my 9th gen that I just bought to use for sheet music and entertainment. I have a MacBook already so its perfect to so those things I need a bigger screen for that dont require much muscle

If all you’re doing is watching tv shows and doing basic iPad things then the 9th generation iPad will do just fine but if you want to productive then anything above will be much better than the basic iPad.
