Thanks man. You got a new subscriber n all. Im on my second KM210, let's not go into it too deeply. I'm rough on peripherals. I like the product and it is better than the entry level unit from the brand more famouis for portable speakers.

Ive had mine for more than a year now and havent replaced the keyboard battery yet. However Im on my 3rd battery on the mouse. Havent gotten any issues yet, exept for the foot stand popping out now and then 😂. But love it and use it every day all day at work

Wished I watched your video before buying this through Takealot! I have struggling for the last 30min on where to find the nano receiver! I looked inside the mouse as well. no joy.. any graphics/pics maybe where exactly it can be??

Hi, somebody answered this in the comments, the mouse battery lid has a cap, right on top of the word open, on the mouse body, where the cap fits in, that is the usb thing, you pull it up instead. don't press or slide it to the side, I managed to pull it out by mistake, it feels like part of the mouse body., keep on pulling it up with your finger, it will pop out

For some reason when I connect the battery with either the mouse or keyboard, It comes on for a second then go's off....So cant use mine

Hey Don Normally we see this when its not detected or connected to a computer Please confirm if is able to be used by your OS because from our research it can only be used on windows and Chrome OS

The USB can be found in the battery section of the mouse, it is on the right hand side of the battery section.

Hi There. so i have this combo which i used on my windows 7 desktop which worked fine but when i plugged it into my windows 11 laptop only the mouse seems to work. the keyboard does not work even thou i can see the device on the device manager. any ideas why ?

I do know that it is supported on windows only Not Mac or Linux so it maybe the operating system or it just could be the batteries PS. sorry for the delay in responding

It can be used on Chrome OS so it should technically work on any Google TV or Android TV

oh man I just bought this combo and the keyboard ain't working and I am way too angry and as such I wanna reverse it as it is still under warranty of 30 days,could you please suggest the best reasonable combo to buy online ?

Hey Blommabsa, What exactly happened with the keyboard ? Honestly these in my opinion are one of the best budget keyboard and mouse combos available .... might have been bad luck with that one .. there is the KM220 also you can try alittle more better quality and cost like R40 more but from the same brand
