Nice find, but why do you say you would buy a Fox or sn if you want to go fast?? The new Edge is faster than both of those…The new Edge has a better 0-60 and the same quarter mile time of a stock 96-98 cobra…

I was referring to boosting the 2v when I said that. The 2v takes a bit more money to make 400hp compared to the pushrod 5.0 witch can make 500hp on the stock block for less money. the fox and 94-95 sn95 chassis is lighter witch is beneficial for racing applications. And as far as my car goes I just want a nice street car nothing crazy and unreliable

@@stangkid5196 I see what your saying, but I’ve owned a few of both, and there is no benefit in the 5.0 pushrod or the non pi 4.6..the 4v modular is a different story but the 5.0 pushrod block literally splits in half around the same power numbers as the 4.6 will bend a rod..And the pi 4.6 can easily be boosted to whatever numbers you want, understandably it may need to be built to push more than 450 whp but thats the same story with the 5.0 pushrod…and the chassis weights are marginal with the new Edge for the win again with a much stiffer unibody design…I’m not trying to be a nay sayer, just pointing out that if you want fast you own the perfect foundation to do whatever you want, coyote swapping being a great option…

My bad for the late reply bro but unfortunately not. I was about to pull the trigger on a manny swap kit but the money I would have spent on it wouldn’t have been worth it in the long run. But I eventually sold that car and bought a 1995 cobra I’ll have vids on that car real soon.
