Hello i wanted to say that the plastic ocarina is just a pendant ocarina sounds alright i think “dont really play the pendant” the 12 hole ocarina is a alto c at least most of the ones i have seen are but this one is really bad its definitly the ocarina if you really want to try and learn the ocarina i would recommend songbird ocarina they have a great selection and not to expensive the price range for a good ocarina is like €70 and higher for ceremic and for a plastic ocarina i recommend night by noble its around €40 but it sounds really good

I'm concerned about the toxicity potential in the paint as I heard they still use lead... Someone offered me the temu ocarina but I'm afraid to play it because of this...

my cheap ocarina (like your green one) I brought from temu actually sounds the same as the rose alto C one I brought from Songbird (yours doesn't sound as good as mine does, you seem to be blowing harder than I do). Actually I like the cheap one better than the songbird one as the temu one has some slightly smaller holes so I find it easier to place fingers. I also like the cheap one better as it goes better with a softer blow than the songbird one and I prefer a softer blow. (I do have a little trouble getting the lower B with both and need to change how the degree of blow for that).

I saw the temu listing while looking for ocarinas and was tempted by the price but I'm glad to see there was an actual review of it being played lol. I'll probably stick to more reputable sites, thanks for making an honest review

Thank you for the review ! I think the 6 hole sounded in tune - & was better in my opinion - than the bigger one. So may be can you do a review of those Temu $25 pan drums or the $8 thumb do-hickies - lol forgot the name but you pluck it with the thumbs and sounds nice . - ???? Thank you again - great video !
