I Bought The WEN Air Filtration System. (Review)

I wanted an inexpensive Air Filtration System for my shop. So I purchased the WEN model 3410. In this video I will go over the system , install it and test it out.

Thats cool! sounds very quiet even on high speed. Blowing out the filters works well. Saved a few dollars doing that on all my filters. Can't beat a remote control but keep it out of the reach of Shop Cat. he will bury it in the kitty litter and u will go nuts trying to find it! lol

I looked up what CFM means (I'm just nosy, lol) - What Does CFM Mean? CFM is an acronym for Cubic Feet per Minute which measures the volume of air, in cubic feet, for each minute it moves. In the case of an air compressor, CFM indicates how much air can move per minute. For example, an air compressor’s output rated for 30 CFM means 30 cubic feet of air flow per minute. - Well, there you have it, now we know, lol. Hugs.

Great review man, these air filter are pretty much just that, Air filters/cleaners they’re not in any way a dust extraction system so they’re supposed to be used in conjunction with a dust extraction system as well as this to filter out the super fine airborne particles that do real damage to the lungs, depends on what grade filters they come with but at that price it’s worth getting one or two for a small to medium sized shop to put one above assembly bench and another above something like the sander or table saw etc. great price, I hope I can get them in the uk seeing as they’re on Amazon !

Late read on this video…the motor and electrical are not intrinsically safe on this unit…so oil based vapors could be sparked off. The filters for paint booths are stage type, so no not a good choice for painting with. They do make units for exactly that work…
