Nice pick George. Give it a scan and see what comes out, if nothing major I suggest keep it as a project for performance upgrades. I am sure you can pull in some vendors to sponsor. Best mods, bilstein suspension upgrades, e92 m3 front control arms, and 135i exhaust which is performance exhaust. That will completely transform this pocket rocket.

N52 130i for £1500? I'd call that a steal of a year! Epsecially given there's not much time left to beat that. Bought mine E91 330i N52 with panroof and iDrive for £2200, but THIS.... ugh, a bit jealous

Not quite the cheapest in the world I just brought an 06 130i in New Zealand for 1.9k which is close to 850 pounds. You still got a bargain though.

Shame it’s an auto. That gearbox feels its age these days and personally I don’t think it suits the N52 very well. The aero spoiler is very sort after these days. They make a massive difference to the rear end. I can’t see the values really going up; they’re a bit unloved and forgotten about. There is no scene tax like on the equivalent R32 to keep the values high.

@ It’s my favourite engine, but it’s not a loved car outside of those who get them. The values are crazy low compared to what a Mk5 R32 is worth. The 325ti is another BMW hatch that’s not worth much, although most are now track slags.
