I just picked up 2019 CF Moto 800 XC from the auction in Brampton Ontario for $2500. It was missing both clutches and the cover and the rear seat but I managed to sort all that and have it out and ripping now but keep throwing an engine code for running lean so trying to figure that one out which is why your video came up as recommended as I've been searching these. So far I'm loving mine and think it's a great looking machine.

Hey mate, Do you know if tightening or loosening the front springs affects camber on the 2024 cforce 1000? I want a tiny bit more negative camber. The stock setting is quite positive camber.

I don't understand how Kawasaki, Yamaha and "Polaris" go almost forever with no clutch repairs and very little belt replacements. But these cfmoto needs all this extra work and rebuilding and belts It seems like Honda Yamaha or Kawasaki is the way to go How often must you do this on these cfmotos
@R.N.GPerformanceАй бұрын

You mentioned you need a spreader tool to change the belt. Does that go for the zforce 800 also? If so I'm going to need to get one of those tools

Yes it does buddy. You can get one here rngperformance.net/shop-by-make-and-model/ols/products/cfmoto-oem-secondary-spreader-tool

Why does it beep? I have a 22 1000 and only does that beep with oil pressure
@R.N.GPerformanceАй бұрын
When these first come out CFMOTO thought it would be a cool idea to put an annoying beeper on it. It serves no real purpose. You can’t unplug the beeper under the dash it’s easy.

That's wild with that low of miles the clutch was bad...Especially that it was just used at a campground...Unless maybe they pulled alot of heavy shit around in high gear all the time that might do it
@R.N.GPerformanceАй бұрын
They pulled allot if heavy stuff trailers etc.

Hey boss quick question I bought your racing air filter for the c-force 1000 I just bought I was just wondering how often should I clean the air filter should it be after each ride or every couple rides??? Also thank you for always answering my questions you made me a CF Moto believer ordering your clutch kit tomorrow
@R.N.GPerformanceАй бұрын
Depends just clean it when it gets dirty buddy. Could be every ride could be once a year. Mine about every 5 rides or so. You’re very welcome 🙏. You’ll definitely love that for sure 👍 💯

I won't start by saying you are great at what you do!! I must admit I am a ROOKIE when it comes to ATVs. My question to you is: Is a 2022 CFMOTO 600 Touring with 992 miles and 111 hours, and a stage 3 clutch for $5500 a great buy? Is 992 a lot of miles for an ATV? Thanks for any info!!!
@R.N.GPerformanceАй бұрын
It’s not allot of miles. But if it has a stage 3 clutch in it take the clutch apart and inspect it. Those clutch kits take a huge toll on these clutches. If it has any clutch issues we can get you fixed up and taken care of.

How comes a 3 years old machine with only 1500 clics shows that kinda of wear on thoses clutch parts. is it that cheap and poorly buit ? I got a Cforce 1000 2023 with 2000 kms and im starting to regret buying one of these ... even if i did not have real issues with mine exept the horn broke down (main switch but got it replaced under waranty) and the other day the steering was really hard to turn and the 4x4 wasnt getting off when i was turning the switch on and off... im kinda worry for long term reliability on those.. they sure are cheap on price but im gessing that you pay for what you got..
@R.N.GPerformanceАй бұрын
This machine was worked very hard at a camp ground hauling trailers etc. the wear on the clutch wasn’t bad at all. There were signs that the clutch got hot 🥵 that’s how the crack happened this is likely due to pulling too heavy of loads and or doing it in high gear.
@ginopietropaolo1017Ай бұрын
@R.N.GPerformance ok thanks for the explanation !! God bless !!

@@R.N.GPerformance Hi. Let's be honest, cvtech miscalculated a bit by making a sharp edge at the pulley. From cyclic heating and cooling, the sharp edge cracks, in other words, metal fatigue. My segway already has a modified pulley, they rounded this edge, thereby removing the place of stress concentration. I would advise you to do the same when servicing. On the machine, make a small chamfer, radius. It seems to me that this will significantly increase the service life of the pulley
@bigdaddy490Ай бұрын
I think you got that cheap as hell. I'm guessing your in the midwest somewhere. That unit would fetch 6k in the northeast. I sold my 2019 600 touring for 3500 with 9800 miles. Could have gotten 4k but i only had it for sale for a week. That thing barely broke in with 1400 miles.
