Yeah, I also had the KellyToy Crash and Cortex when I was a kid. I remember I played with them all the time and took them everywhere I went. They were always my favorite toys back in the day. I still have them to this day lol

I wish morden day crash plushies looked as good as the 2003 Crash and those Cortex plushies. The figures are good so what gives? Lol

Yeah, it's so funny. These Plushes were considered ugly, or are ugly, but are somehow much better than the kid robot/play by play things we get today.

other than their unique variants, i think that the kellytoy and toy network plushes are just the play by play plushes but worse, especially kellytoy.

I'd say that's very much the case. Play-by-Play did it best, Toy Network pretty much took their patterns and tried the same, then Kelly Toy came in with some weak quality but good designs for the scuba Crash and Cortex. The quality has been doing downhill...
