Dingodile was not that bad, indeed. He probably only meant to bully the penguin, which is not right, but certainly not with worse intent. And his "betrayal" against Cortex came after he and Crash came down and ruined his cozy cabin. I would totally take the culprit's treasure too in all fairness!

I would put N. Tropy above Dr. Cortex in evil. Despite Cortex having been the main villain throughout most of the series, he has shown some redeeming qualities like genuinely caring about his niece, Nina. Plus he’s pretty pitiful a lot of the time that you would actually feel bad for him. N. Tropy on the other hand has not shown any redeeming qualities and has proven himself to be much more threatening than Cortex could ever hope to be, it helps that he’s a friend of Uka Uka himself

I always thought N. Trophy should be higher than Cortex on the evil scale. Cortex wants vengeance for being ignored and ridiculed, whereas Tropy doesn’t seem to have an explicit reason for being evil, other than just sheer amusement of causing chaos. I mean, the female version of him was actually able to kill Crash and Coco. Granted, she didn’t exist at the time of this video, but still.

Well done for working out just what was going on in Crash 2 - it took me a long time before I finally twigged that Ripper Roo, the Komodo brothers and Tiny were actually working for N. Brio. Also, Cortex says at the start of the game that he has no allies left on Earth, which suggests that Koala Kong and Pinstripe also ditched him and the evil side (perhaps to pursue their acting/politics careers).

If this was taken during the crash 4 era dingodile would have been in the good or grey area due to him being a protagonist in the game and just trying to protect his restaurant and helping us in his last scene while cortex is getting away Tawna would have 2 spots though 1 being her crash 1 and 2nd being her crash 4 counterpart Cortex would be more higher due to him trying to kill crash and going back in time to stop himself N tropy would be higher too being a more straight forward villain N brio would be in the evil side due to him causing n verted mode and being a slight twist villain And ripper too would be slightly more towards the hood area due to him capturing n brio in the secret ending and overcoming his insane side

Due to them appearing in only 1 or 2 games, they’re hard to rate. The Trophy Girls/Nitro Squad would probably be in the good with Megumi being the most good out of the four and Isabella being the least good out of the four. Chick and Stew would probably be in the good with chick being above stew. The Komodo Brothers would probably be in the grey area. Zem and Zam would probably be in the bad. Penta and King Chicken would probably be in grey area. Yaya and Hasty would probably be in the good. I’m not sure about the Viscount, because I’ve never played Boom Bang.

I kinda hope we get an update with the Time Travelling Troupe. Among the new characters, at least, from good to evil... (SPOILERS AHOY) Lani-Loli: Poor guy really seems to suffer from anxiety, as evidenced by his bouts of hyperventilating. But just as well, he is serious about his job and that of his siblings about maintaining the fabric of reality that N Tropy rips rifts into. He'll help you progress by bringing platforms in an out of reality when you need him to, even if he can't keep everything existing at once. Quite surreal hearing Invader Zim play the good guy for once. Akano: Akano's quite the badass. When you crash (heh) with him, you'll have a whirl of a time as you spin so fast you can glide. He may look imposing, and he doesn't appear very social, but he certainly makes up for it by being very helpful while saying just the right word to explain what he's thinking. The most evil thing we see him do is accidentally land on Crash's foot when the latter tries picking him up. And he's always up for some nachos. Alternate Tawna, or Brawna as I call her cause of her kick ass redesign: Someone seems to be taking after Lara Croft. She serves as a sort of a sniper for the two other Bandicoots, helping them from afar. She does end up betraying the Bandicoots by not letting them fight N Tropy, but the reason she keeps them away and the reason she is so distant is because someone killed the Bandicoots in her world and she had to watch. Kupuna-Wa: The third mask is... kind of a grandmother clock. She can make the world as slow as her which would be pretty damn useful if you're near late for work. While she seems friendly, what puts her below a couple of her brothers is her apparent habit of messing with her allies, nearly revealing how they die in the future, despite Lani-Loli's protests. Ika-Ika: There are two sides to this flip flop face. One is the up-and-up nice guy, the other is a nihilistic downer. And this probably has something to do with his gravity flipping gimmick making for some of the hardest platforming in the game. If there is one reason he's less likable than most of his siblings is the fact that the two sides seem to argue. "Don't mind Grumpy Gus; he's always a downer." "Yeah. Don't mind me..." But overall, I'd categorize these characters mentioned so far in the good category. Dingodile: Alright, I know Dingodile isn't a new guy, but his atonement is worth mentioning. He does say that he'd beat up Crash and Coco if he were still evil. Luckily for them, all he wanted was to set up his own business. The real reason he places so low among the characters in It's About Time is his potty mouth. He uses aggressive Australian curse words. On top of that, unlike Tawna who helps the Bandicoots from afar and unlike Cortex who only helps them because he's clumsy, he's just fumbling around alternate dimensions accidentally helping them without coming across them. Alternate N Tropy: N Tropy was already quite the evil character, but when he comes across his alternate (and female) self, they... flirt together... ugh. Oh, and also there's the fact that she murdered the Bandicoots in her world. "The last time I killed her friends, her screams were exquisite." You and your brother are the evil versions of those Lutece twins! So that comment about N Tropy succeeding where Cortex failed? That's actually true! But they're glass cannons in the newest game and only take two hits before they punch out.

Personally, I'd class Nina more in the grey area between Brio and Kong. Simply because the only reason she thinks she's meant to be evil is because Cortex technically abused her into that way of thinking. If given a chance, she could be an intresting anti hero

After the release of "About Time", N. Tropy needs to be #2 spot, if not #1. ;) In About Time, he actually betrays Cortex, creates his own world (including a female version of himself - which imo, is creepy as heck), and like it's been said by another comment, he really has no remorse for his actions, unlike Cortex, who actually has his redeeming qualities like teaming up with Crash to save Earth and caring for Nina. I feel like the top 3 should at least be: Uka Uka N. Tropy and tbh, I guess Madam what's-her-face could just be booted down a place. I never reached that spot in Twinsanity because the game is just too hard for me, lol. I'm stuck at the walrus chef chase level. Velo was by no means more evil than Tropy, imo. Sure he wanted to race and made the threat that if you didn't take on his challenge, he'd destroy Earth, but in the end, when you see his true form, he gives up rather quick after humbling events. :P Again, N. Tropy has no humility or respect for anyone - except maybe Uka Uka. Although I feel like if Tropy had the chance, he'd give Uka the middle finger and create a world where he didn't exist - like Cortex and N. Brio basically did in Mind Over Mutant, only they used his magic to generate their mutation devices.

No, Tawna will never leave Crash! Also Dingodile changed sides in the fourth Crash Bandicoot game. I feel Uka Uka could take out the head mistress and take the N scientists under his…beard, proving his evil and coming close to his goal of world domination. I feel there’s still a chance for Nina to turn back into her old self, also this means that Cortex actually has a sibling, only I don’t think we ever heard from them in the series. I’m guessing Brio helped Crash because he was jealous of being replaced by N Gin, fun fact they have the same first name, Nitrus. Speaking of which, Brio gave Crash his strength, while Gin gave Coco her intelligence, all in the name of betrayal towards Cortex, as heard in the tapes of the fourth Crash game. I’m guessing they just say “Ready, go!” on Gasmoxia instead of counting to 3 and saying go on Earth. Tasmanian Tigers are supposed to be extinct, Tiny is the last of his species. I say N. Gin is the most powerful of the N scientists, he has lots of stamina and fire power, N. Tropy is probably the smartest out of all the scientists though, and Cortex has the most perseverance. Crash is the 3rd best character, and Cortex is the 3rd worst character, similarly to the ranking of the mask brothers. How would the Crash Bandicoot 4 characters be ranked in a good to evil list?

Here's some Sinner Awards. The Darwin award goes to Crash. Assuming Cortex can be a good guy can be rather naive, but assuming Cortex is your sister is just flat out silly. Since Papu Papu only attacks you when you disturb his nap, he gets the Sloth award. Wrath award goes to Velo. Surprisingly more so than Tiny since his anger is actually the reason for his downfall, blowing out his robosuit from so much of it. For Pride, probably Koala Kong. The joke secret ending even has him going to Hollywood, I think? I'm probably gonna come across as a bit random for this, but I think I'll give the Gluttony award to Evil Crash just cause of what he does to the Evil Twins... eats them alive seeing them as roasted chicken. Holy crap! Surprisingly enough, I'm giving the Lust award to N Tropy. Ok, maybe there's someone in this that fits the bill more, but IAT gives new meaning to that, along with another level of "YIKES" for a kids game. And we can add narcissism to that sin because he finds an alternate version of himself in female form where they... flirt together much like the Lutece Twins in Bioshock Infinite? Most of the characters were rightfully offput, except for Dingodile. Again, what a strange cutscene for a kids game. Envy goes to N Brio. Sure Cortex is the one who takes credit for his invention, but to claim credit for making things like The Bible in revenge? Pretty nuts, and I love it! For Greed, I'll say Dingodile. True, the other villains in Twinsanity are also motivated by the Twins' treasure, but he seems to be the one leading the raid. A personal special award is the N.Sane Award for the craziest character in the franchise, which is actually kinda tough to place. For now, though, I'll give it to Ripper Roo. Just the name alone is intense, he's the only one who wears a straitjacket, and he communicates by cackling like a hyena in Team Racing. Quite literally, in fact, if you recognize that soundbyte in the original version. The only thing that makes it questionable is his sane side in 2, but most of the time, he's a bit loony.

Cortex shouldn’t be way high up in the evil. I didn’t see him do anything wrong in Crash Racing games. He saved the world from being destroyed twice. He helped Crash in CTR and CNK. They were in different teams though. I think he should be knocked down to the 8th most evil because he DID abuse animals and hypnotized them to make his evil army. Crash Twinsanity is not an excuse to put him too high.

I disagree with Nina and N. Gin, since Nina is seen helping Crash in Mind Over Mutant, and isn't directly at fault for her evil doings (as shes a child, and got forced into it by her ''uncle''). N. Gin on the other hand is definitely more evil, but still deserves a lower place on the list as he isn't directly at fault for his evil doings either, I mean the mans got a missile jammed in his brain, can you blame him? Besides, he has shown to be pretty neutral towards Crash in the mutant games (In the first one he does have a boss fight, but does have a long chitchat with Crash and Akuaku, where he doesn't try to flee), and the second one where he doesn't even do anything but send a few minions Crash's way, then complain when Crash breaks into his home unwelcomed. Yeah, right, very evil. If Ripper Roo isn't blamed for his crazyness controlling him, then N. Gin shouldn't be either, cause if he didn't have that missile in his head theres a good chance he'd be at the same level as N. Brio.

If N.Gin didn't have that missile in his head then he probably wouldn't work for Cortex at all and still have his job at the defense industry (as said in Crash 2's manual). Since Cortex found N.Gin shortly after his accident and hired him its possible N.Gin's loyalty to Cortex comes from Cortex actually giving him a place to live so N.Gin feels like he owes Cortex that as he has nowhere else to go.

NinTrendy I disagree. Mario is easily near the top since his heart is judged by the star gate which says he is full of virtue and concern for his brother Luigi. The star gate is actually more dubious of Luigi to the point where he doesn’t let Luigi through due to some unspecified ‘incident’ that Luigi caused. However, it’s also implied that the star gate was possibly testing Luigi so this could be false. Luigis reaction to it being brought up didn’t look too promising though... Mario and Luigi are basically equal in morality, Mario is just braver and Luigi is more cowardly but they are otherwise equals. And please don’t bring up that power tennis cutscene. That’s just playful sibling rivalry, and Luigi has actually done worse to Mario before.
