At 15:05, I would disagree with the point that you are not getting a sufficient tax benefit unless you are making over 390,000 as a married couple. People making between 90 and 190,000 are in the 22% bracket which is significant, and I live in a state with income tax so that's another 8%. So 30% off the top is the equivalent of a 42 percent addition capital that can grow. It definitely helps a ton.
