I’m glad you posted this as for I was considering buying this robot for my garage! Definitely wont be doing that anytime soon unless they improve it. You should try this with a Neato D7, I tried running mine for a little while and it seemed to work okay, but I was nervous of this happening so I stopped. Cannot wait to see your new videos in the weeks/months to come! :)

Thanks, so I had the Neato D7 for a few weeks but decided to return it because the Navigation had some bugs in it, similar to what their older models had. I may do a similar garage test with the Roomba S9+

I had a similar issue with my Roomba 675. After a few minutes the robot spins and move backwards compared to your Shark IQ robot. So I got a paper towel and I cleaned the cliff sensors but finally the robot could move forward.

Smart Robot Reviews Yeah some dirt got in the Cliff Sensor, the robot thought is was hitting an edge. Also some dirt got into the extractor gearbox preventing the extractor to spin, causing brush roll dirty error.

@@RobotMasters i have the xiaomi mi robot for 9 months and i m very impressed with it no complains, i have two dogs and it does fantastic job with their hairs.The battery life and navigation ,are excellent and the suction too

Well... Can i do the same test with my Roomba 563? :D i bet it never get clogged like shark. Even with filled bin. By the way now is great time to return this IQ to the shop, because they can give you money, so u can get another robot to the tests (for example another Deebot) or they give you another NEW robot

Every time, when i get Roomba, i completely clean gearbox, and i clean that spots under bumber, because there is lot of dust everytime :) By the way i got used Roomba 786+ for about 40$, with touch control on board and with touch wireless command center!!! Which is super cool, i mean better than the app! When i arrive it, i do video!

Dust and dirt gets into roomba gear box have to remove it every 4 months. Can of air and usb vacumm are my tools with alcohol pads. Lets be fair it wasn't made to vacumm concrete, do this test with all the others as well
