Have you considered just doing custom runs? There's an option you can select that gives you all color cards as rewards. You can also customize it further and try out some of the 3 color combinations like you were talking about, or even just 2. I've tried out all of the 2 color combinations multiple times, they're really fun to play around with!

I think Baalor might be undervaluing Madness this run. Madness+ has to really low roll pretty badly in order to not at least replace itself with Unceasing Top.
