I'm doing a similar project with 3,000W Motor and using 32700 Cells. Initially I was thinking to go for 24S14P, but after your video I saw the size I guess I won't be able to such a huge battery pack. What range are you getting ? I will be using Sabvoton Controller.

No, Sequre welder can't do nickel copper sandwich weld, it can only do nickel welds

That is a high voltage Contactor, work like a big switch That small ups battery is 12V Lifepo4 battery, it is used for light, horn, indicator etc Top speed is 115km/h and in single charge it can do 145km run
