Hiranandani Sir, I don't agree with you that the building structure does not require repairs in 35 years. Any structure built or machine made thing will give out wear and tear issue if it is in use and thats natural. Everything under utilisation requires maintenance.

Powai Hiranadani Is huge scam by hiranandani builder.What they did was show affordable housing scheme only on paper to get plots and sell them by combining two or three flights. A penalty of Rs 25000 crore was levied on Hiranandani Builders

When i seen hiranandani Powai i think it's just a wast it's OK that there is the greenery but the architectures style ooo my god It's fucked It's seems as british colony and we r living in the that period of the time still, we are slaves of them Not particularly us but our mentality still slaves of the british and haam agrezi mai baat karna cool kyu samajte no we are not sleeves of that britishers we are free . All Powai is in rent from Mahada from this builder when you buy the flat you get on 99 years lease. All are stupid in this give more 30 years and then people will cry buying there no one reads documents

The whole of India is on 99 year lease. It works like that throughout the world. But no one will be evicted after 99 years. Just need to deposit additional lease

Lodha began with the aim of "profiteering" and soon entered politics. His colonies are like items from some production line. Too much emphasis on marketing where as product quality is Shit - as exposed by so many videos on YT. Focused on scale and revenue, ignored quality, customer service. Guys like Godrej, Hiranandani, Raheja, Runwal, Shapoorji , Tata Prestige were/are a league apart.
