25k for that..... The dumbells and cables being the most expensive component I'd reckon. Honestly I've spent 7000 euro on my home gym over the years and I have this setup +sled track and a leg Press. If you're clients are happy that's all that matters. Rogue pieces ,from what I've seen are great quality ...but you pay for the brand for sure.

They wanted top quality and that is Rogue. Yes the cable attachment is the most expensive but in our opinion, it is the most versatile of what you can do with it

LoL you can certainly do chest fly's with the 3x3 rack pully system

My only hang up with the Free Motion- is the 3:1 Ratio- as opposed to a 2:1, or even 1:1. I get that it allows for more versatility, but a heavier and more expensive machine- just for less or equal resistance to another functional trainer? Not feeling it. People are saying this could have been far less expensive used, true. May have also taken longer. But, I recommend anything with cables with bought new possible; and new brings a certain peace of mind- and warranties

The thing is, there's a ton of great used equipment out there for a fraction of retail. My gym setup is about half new half used. Probably spent about $20K. If I had to replace it will equivalent quality all-new, it would be double.

I would recommend replacing the straight pullup bar with another crossmember and moving the nameplate crossmember to the rear again. Nice gym 👍🏼

I’m surprised you didn’t get a treadmill or elliptical really. I have to option to buy a commercial cardio machine at a fraction of the cost recently but I realize it probably won’t fit in the room with my rack and other equipment so I am offering it to my friend instead. I don’t think cardio is essential to strength training anyways when you have HIIT type training or can get a jump rope instead of a 300lb commercial piece of cardio. Another option would be a spin bike but I still don’t think that’s essential for a home gym either.

@@StrictVisionAthletics The gym was built to be a flex! How much has their lifts increased and physiques improved after dropping $25,000 on a rack, functional trainer and dumbbell. You mean after 25 grand there’s no lat pull-down? No cardio equipment? No dedicated leg training equipment? This was the equivalent of buying a Maybach when you needed a fully loaded Camry.

I went with mostly rep. Got the pr5000 with the ares with the upgraded stacks. That was around $5K. I get so much more versatility with that set up .Just as good if not better. I can get plenty wide for pec fly movements. Plus we get the lat pull, low row feature. If that's what they wanted it's their money. Not saying they did themselves dirty but could've been a cleaner setup.

Same here. Went with the PR-5000 + Ares and added some extra uprights and crossmembers to create wings to face the plates outward as well as barbell storage.

my gym setup is also $13k cheaper than this one presented in the video. Everything is about the same setup but I have Nordic treadmill, rogue lat pull down weight stack machine built into my rogue half rack, my Vulcan urethane dumbbells go up to 75lbs, titan tibialis machine, lat platform, deadlift jack, prime fitness bench with bench accessories, rep fb5000, additional rogue ss ohio power bar and all the prime fitness cable attachments. My cable machine is rep Ft3000.

... Flooring, 6 shooter plates, a bunch of attachments in the closet, barbell, mirrors, bench etc. All of which are top quality in the fitness manufacturing world. You could probably get a lot more if you went the cheap route but then you are losing quality and top quality is what they wanted and that is what they got.

I would have gotten them the Prime HLP with the stacks instead of that rack and free motion. With the free space I would have added the legend fitness leg curl/leg extension combo. Maybe a legend super squat or belt squat(rhino/squat max) for some diversity on leg day if it would fit which I think they would have with the fremotion gone.

I don’t think everyone has room or the money for a cable machine. I’ve seen commercial gyms with that piece in it so it’s more of a luxury item in my opinion.

Spent too much money . I did the exact gym for approximately 13k less . I actually have more accessories/equipment . I purchased strictly REP fitness . Just my opinion .
