The reason for a door lock is so your players is safe during PvP. If they kill you and you drop a token you base is open to all for an hour. If you play PvE only no door lock is required.

14:08 Yes, the more expensive Mosin is the one with attachments for scopes. But I find the trader's price too much. You can hunt for that weapon in military bases or supply drops. For the mil base, at this stage, I suggest you go to the one near the South Safe Zone. The unlabelled dot east of Platava. That is the smaller and easier of the mil bases in the game. 32:28 about the lock, and the storage.. There are two kinds of storage, the smaller one (that you can build anywhere on the map), and the bigger one that can only be built within your base. The bigger one can only be accessed if you are being raided (you get killed, you drop a raid token, enemy player activates the token to raid you). Not having lock during raid will be effortless for players to just go in and gather from your storage. The smaller box meanwhile, is accessible even if you are not being raided. There is also a water collecter, which you may want to keep for yourself if you are in a busy server. Another is, in busier servers, some assholes would put tripwires with grenade inside your base if you don't lock it LOL 58:38 those repair kits can be used on the go, wherever you are. Having the workbench lets you repair without the kit, just the gunparts, but then you can only do so in the base.

Pretty sure i´m only 2 battries away from one! that´s true. So a question about that, is it possible for people or ai to shoot on my weapon and ruin it?

@@TorakOfficial about the repairs. I am not sure of the exact mechanics to be honest. But I thought the gun "health" just depletes overtime. And for players who don't have base yet (or choosing not to build one), the repair kit is their only way to repair guns.

Yes, the Mosen (long version) can attach with Scope but Mosen-K (short version) are not. You can actually get it for free from random loot box or sniper soldier in Heli Crash and tower guard. Actually you can lure all the soldier out of the way from the Heli Crash and going circle to get the loot, you just need to be brave 😊 i always do it several times without shooting them at all.

At 2:55 I saw the guy on the roof (to the right) shadow and was shouting at my monitor 'he's there!'. IDK why he just stood there whilst you were firing your gun just feet away. AI needs more work I think. Nice video though.

honestly the problem is the finger placement on the keyboard, if i lean to the side i feel like i cant really move to the sides as smooth so if feels really risky. Might just be because im not used to it

At approx 58:50 you thought you had wasted your time with the gun repair kits you had crafted, I disagree as to repair you guns on the workbench you need to return to base but with the repair kits you can take them with you so you can carry out a gun repair in the field....👍

Good to keep repair kits in the safezone storage. Since it's a routine to go there to sell loot items, many times you just looted a nice gun you would want to repair and use.

While running away from enemy don't have weapon 1&3 selected always handgun or knife(posistion-2) you will run faster and also hold shift. Making money easy dissasemble stuff and combine spear parts and «electric circut boards” to make detonators sell them in safezone 💵💵 best of luck….Which server is this?

PvP yes they can take you're stuff out of the crates. PvE no they can't. In PvP that is why the C4 is important to blow a hole in you're walls to loot you. That is why in PvP, dying to a player is a risk. You will drop a base token. When the player that killed you will give a window of where you're base is on the map and it is a "don't quote me on this" 30 minute window to blow you're walls open to get to you're loot. Basicly base raid.

I´d say DayZ for now just because there is just so much more to the survival stuff which i really enjoy. Deadside is a bit easier to understand and get the hang of it, and well at the moment i´m really enjoying both a lot :)
