Insane build. The complex nature of the rooms, floors, trims. The small touches. I've made an actual base just for experimenting to create a few pieces you made, still can't do it. It would be nice to have a short video on how you built stuff into walls, the fencing and pillars outside (wood, white stone, wood?), or how the hell you leveled this to build in the first place. So much planning It's just nuts.

Hey friend! Mind if I ask, was your world crash related to using that CE table that was shared on reddit a few weeks ago to attempt to get better screenshots? Specifically a key bind toggle related to adjusting the sun's position to get the desired lighting effect? The SAME EXACT thing happened to me and 1 other person I've been talking to. (Thankfully, I had a backup as well, but it took me a full 15 hours and a reinstall to get the backup to read properly.) It was, indeed, absolutely heartbreaking after pouring so much time, energy, and emotion into our builds. This competition has been...an emotional rollercoaster, to say the least lol. Glad you got your build back! As a fellow builder, I know just how devastating such a loss can be. It honestly might have caused me to never return to the game, or at least take a VERY long break. Excellent build as always!

They do but if you search on the Enshrouded discord for “resources” there is a public resource world that you can get materials and other items without the farming. Sort of a work around until we get creative mode

The public resource files are SUPER easy to download and use. You also have the option to make friends with someone who hosts public resource servers. Just hop into their server and grab all the building blocks and furniture you want. There is zero reason to farm anything in Enshrouded. You can unlock recipes and craft items for the first time to complete quests, but that's it.

You can have up to 8 flame altars in the game at the moment. Start out staying close to the starter area and gather the resource to craft a workbench. That will open the glider up for you and other items.

8 flame altars per world. You can have 10 worlds. So 80 areas to build in per Enshrouded account. Additionally, if you play with Steam Cloud OFF, you can save the files in another folder on your PC. So really... unlimited housing. The files are pretty small so you don't need to worry about hard drive space. I'd only do that if you are somewhat computer literate. Otherwise, keep Steam Cloud ON. (The default is on)
