In the original House Flipper, there was a "sensitive people" feature that you could flick. Turned on, the debris are broken glass. Turned off, they suddenly become cockroaches. Either way, you got rid of those with vacuuming. So when I saw those glass shards on the floor, I immediately thought: "Wait. DF is playing with family-friendly turned ON?"

I mean I like House Flipper. But, problem i have with the game is. You are suppose to flip the house, IE clean, fix, remove walls or replace walls, doors, electric, so on. Not Add stuff like Furniture, That is not Flipping a House. Adding stuff like Furniture is Staging a House, showing buyers what it could look like. But, in the end, The Buyers Do not get the Furniture. Those go back to the Seller. Now the buyers in small cases Could offer to buy select Furniture pieces if the Seller wants to sell them, But those items would be a Separate Transaction and would not be apart of the Sale of the House. Also, Only a VERY small amount of Flippers would ever Stage a House, As staging a House, takes extra time and Clutters up a house to what the Seller only Sees and what the Sellers Tastes are. Not the Buyer. Alot of Realtors actually Agree that it is best to Remove all Furniture and personal effects from a Home to be sold. As it can improve the Sale of a Home and May even sell quicker and some people have saw bidding wars or increase sale of a home when Empty vs Staging

Seatin in the kitchen for durin cookin is actually a genius idea. Nvr thowt of stickin a couch in there... But we have a rly nice office chair in the kitchen which makes cookin loads easier for me bcuz i dont have to stand in place all the time. Standin in place is actually somehow more exhaustin for me than even walkin is; its just the worst... So that chair lets me do some rly long prep cookin without worry of feelin physically exhausted just from makin food I cannot go back to when i didnt have a chair in the kitchen; even just a tall immobile chair is good
