Can you avoid the sliding while working on ur bike? I mean it seems like it slides on the railes easily when you push something

Yes I also have a more gliders that has a lock with a small rope, pulling the rope unlocks the gliders and it can move on the rail! So far no problem working on my bikes and them sliding away ahahaha!
