I had a similar idea. Make the dispenser delayed by a random time so you can catch the dog at various points of it's reaction. I think once the dog is used to it you will end up with hundreds of exactly identical photos if you don't mix things up. Maybe have two dispensers operating randomly?

Yes eyes can sunburn. I googled it! "Just like skin, your eyes are vulnerable to getting sunburned from too much exposure to UV rays.
