The pallet factory needs planks and beams so u will need his sawmill as well for everything to work smoothly

The fish farm really isn’t worth the effort, for how little the fish sells for, you would be better off just selling the pallets and beams. And don’t get me started on mods that force you to do forestry

To get the sawmill uninstall the pallet production and reinstall it ans it sould install the sawmill aswell

@@philash824 The mod looks great but the economics of it are well off, Farmer Cop did a breakdown and you lose nearly 90k a month compared to just selling all the ingredients needed for full production of the fish and that doesn't take into account the near 500k investment for the 3 required productions.

I have been placing one of the global goods pallets from 82's studio in the pallet spawn area of most of my factories and animal pens. Works great for eggs and wool and if you get it in the unrealistic capacity, it is a very long time of not seeing the message of no more space. Sitting a liquid version. Of it on the fill point of a greenhouse with it full of water feeds the greenhouse for a long time. Yes, I like playing kinda cheaty:)

Doing the math on the fish farm if you were to purchase all necessary ingredients you lose 90k/mo. If you provide all but the mineral feed you end up only making around 10k/mo profit. Not worth the effort and hassle imo.

I remember a video where he actually lost money from the fish farm over a whole year and lost 500k+ from just setting it up. Although I’d you have a steady and large income from other stuff it could be fun to try.

And if you sell the ingredients instead of filling the fish farm, you make money. Put them into the fish farm and you are lucky to break even. Clearly the "fishes" price needs adjusted

Daggerwin you are best buying the mineral feed for the fish in bulk than pallets because I have used the mod and it takes a lot of mineral feed. If I was you I would get it from the Mulitfruit buying station and put it into a trailer. Hope this helps 🚜🚜

Dagg you will need the sawmill by the same modder to produce the beams. the in-game sawmill will not produce them.

Unfortunately the windmills do not produce that amount of money, it is based on the wind blowing at the games full preset figures for wind that like the rain is very intermittent, so therefore never really reaches it's full potential.

although I like the idea of something different in the game ie the fish mod is good the reliance of other mods ad the lack of consistency can be a probem. You will note that the only pallets that are accepted are the ones in the required mods. The pallets that currently exist in game will not be accepted in the trigger, as they have a different name. Yes, this can be fixed in the xml, but it shouldn't have passed testing with this error. Hopefully it will be updated.

One of the US youtubers (the guy with the siren) found out that you get more money by selling the fish farm inputs by themselves than the output from the fish farm. It was actually quite a significant loss to use the fish farm. Just a heads up to anyone thinking about doing it. Of course on PC the xml could be tweaked...

As mentioned in other comments, you need the mod sawmill by the same guy to create beams for the pallet and barrel inputs. No biggie.

With the fish farm you need to install another mod that is the saw mill and that will make the beams and planks you need

Anyone want my fish farm mod? You get fish for maize and grains. Also you can grow sea weed. But you need to buy spores. It is also my very first mod so not 100% perfect.

If u harvest a cotton contact and it sells to your spinnery do u get to keep the cotton for your production ?

No. Any harvest contracts can sell at any production you own, in-game or mod productions. You do not keep this product, it simply sells then disappears. Anything over the contract you will be paid for if you tip it in the same instance as the end of the contract fulfillment and you will be paid money. If you stop the tip, then re-tip it will become your product for that production.
