Great looking table. Just a suggestion, would be better if you pay attention to the wood movement. Table top can be expand then push the leg that lead to woobly joinery or gappy when its contract or it can maybe made table top crack

The wood filler triggers just a little bit. Because social media told me to use wood glue and some of the dust you had from the same wood and mix it up. Other than that... Nice work!

From my familiarity of ergonomics, I know the truth of what you say about how space is needed around a dining table - unfortunately this results in a unusable size in the two possible spaces for dining in my home. Luckily I have other options!

So this home you bought is just a mobile home. Just made of fake wood and plastic. Do you not have any brick built homes in American that has cavity wall insulation. Plus makes it sturdier?

Nice work. I think you can dispense with the commercial talk about "high end." It's a nice-looking table, whether someone (including yourself) rates it high-end or low-end. I've seen some "high-end" furniture I wouldn't put in a dog house--poorly designed and poorly made. It's got some kind of ridiculous market value, but it's really just junk. As far as I'm concerned, everything hand made is superior to anything else, and it doesn't really matter if it's perfect or not. It's completely beside the point.

Not trying to be negative but I agree with what you said, nonetheless the table is beautiful I just wouldn’t call it high end. I personally think a high end table would have a more unique design. But this table is still very nice!

I personally love this table and it looks great enough to meet my standards for high end. Those epoxy live edge tables are expensive, highly customized, but I personally would not want it in my dining room. There are $4000 tables from Restoration Hardware that look exactly like this table.

@@JWEX500 I guess if you consider construction grade western white pine / possibly interior west Douglas Fir to be high end. Like I said it’s a nice table but come on, the legs aren’t even flush with the table top, there’s chipout etc. It’s nice but not high end.

That’d be a good workbench… but come on - shitty pine looks like shitty pine. Not to mention the legs are supporting the table by two pocket hole screws. This table is not structurally sounds
