I built a HUGE enclosure for my ANGRY mangrove monitor! DIY set up

This enclosure is just the start to the changes in my reptile room! Im really Learning that reptiles really do need all the space we can give them! Bigger set ups is deffo the way to go!

An ugly set up that allows the animal to have full functions is better than a amazing pvc with a rock, slowly but surely I will have all my animals in massive set ups

When watching your Videos I always was impressed by the size of that Monitor collection since I only keep one v. tristis tristis. However, in some cases personally I thought the enclosures would be too small. You have obviously enough space, so maybe selling a few monitors and getting bigger and nicer enclosures for the ones you definitely want to keep might be a way forward. I don't want to imagine how much time it takes to maintain and clean all these enclosures..

I agree to all the statements, I’ve never once said my stuff is kept Well, I say it’s kept okay, or base line kinda, and I always say I wanna level up, well I’m in a position now I can, having moved here within the last year, then building some funds back up, sadly life gets in the way and stops things and you get carried away, why I voice all of this on my podcast as personally I know I’ve made and make mistakes so I try and share so others can see it’s not too late and not to make them

What an awesome viv :) I really like this style of DIYing stuff Buying super expenvive PVC foam boards is all cool, but this is probably much more obtainable for the average keeper. Also you can almost hear pauls brain sizzling in the beginning :D

Haha it’s always the case man! Need more money and just don’t have it! But yeah you’re right, this is something most can achieve, as after all I’m just an average keeper like most of us! Haha was a nightmare tbh 😂

Nice one mate....I am in process of doing the same thing for my giants.....on my channel going to pick up all the glass tomos morning luckily a window company said I can help myself to the rejected double glazing :)

Yeah mate just go to ya local uPVC window shop they throw out all double glazing windows.....all I do is build a CLS frame stick some hinges on and a handle and ya rocking n rolling,works for me because I prefer opening doors like barn style doors :)

That is freaking awesome 👌 🦎💚😊 If you find that she's having issues with the glass/Plexiglass, I found that it helps to leave it spotty from misting. My Ackie and Water Dragons can all see the Plexiglass doors much easier. It sucks for spontaneous photos but they are safer.

@@paulsmonitors I know you do ! That’s definitely a good size viv for mango though. & yeah unfortunately not all of our critters can have huge condos lol. Having limited space kinda sucks ! I think I’d like to do that size for my peach throat....but do 8ft on the length.

They’re a cool, but shy and flighty species, my advice is leave well alone until it starts to not run when it sees you then get it use to your presents, then start to try and tong feed! Good luck!
