Yes, there is a special biome for copper. One of the cave biomes to be precise. You'll find bountiful of them in the dripstone cave.

In Dripstone Cave, you'll find tons of Copper vein. You should make different types of farm to trade for villagers. Like wool farm for shepherd. Or maybe, you should make MEGA TRADING HALL WITH ALL VILLAGER PROFESSIONS.
