Use an even bigget lens to make it reach even fearther and maybe try to find a stronger diode!

Also try using a bigger battery pack so you can use it fir longer as whell as some heatsinks to the laser becuse i belive when u use it at 100% it gets quiet hot

@Laserpointergreen🔴 What Is Islam? 🔴 Islam is not just another religion. 🔵 It is the same message preached by Moses, Jesus and Abraham. 🔴 Islam literally means ‘submission to God’ and it teaches us to have a direct relationship with God. 🔵 It reminds us that since God created us, no one should be worshipped except God alone. 🔴 It also teaches that God is nothing like a human being or like anything that we can imagine. 🌍 The concept of God is summarized in the Quran as: 📖 { “Say, He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He does not give birth, nor was He born, and there is nothing like Him.”} (Quran 112:1-4) 📚 🔴 Becoming a Muslim is not turning your back to Jesus. 🔵 Rather it’s going back to the original teachings of Jesus and obeying him. More .....👇 🔴 THE RETURN OF JESUS

especially with a faster actuator.. coarse tuning for quick placement and fine tuning for precision. You'd need a quick script to do the calculations and convert it to lens positions. Cool project. Glad to see the safety gear too

I converted a mini laser module into a metal engraving and wood cutting, the same process with more lens but not in straight line, positioned at critical angles inside a pipe, the first lens was tilted 45 degrees, and the laser output from that went into another lens tilted at 55 degrees, similarly more lens and it was a huge trail & error experiment, but finally I made it and it was few years back.

That 80W laser is probably a 7W and your goggles should be red. Green is for red lasers. Could be wrong about the glasses but it looks a bit weird to me. I had that same motor-switch on something and some eletrics dude said "naw thats now how you do that, you need PWM and blaa. Nice to see someone else keep it simple!!!
@forgeteverythingyouknow54138 күн бұрын
That 80 watt laser is an 80 watt laser. It's called the laser tree because it has about seven diodes all focused down into a single point. It's about $1000 and mine can burn through wood three quarters of an inch thick with one pass.

You do not need a pwm module. Just use the negative wire from the cooling fan. Tap into it and connect to the yellow wire. Put a trigger switch there. Boom, free pwm. And if you get a 12volt laser you can power it with a 25 volt lipo, or an adapter and a 24 volt DC wall plug. And then toss all those optics and get a good column laser lens for 15 bucks, make sure it is in an uncoated metal housing, plasric or coated will smoke and ruin your laser. And dont get one with a 9mm focus range. It will fit neatly into the laser houseing, just adjust it for focus distances. Now its pocket size. Just do not run the battery too far down. It is also a good idea to build a safty into it. A 2 way switch, one side power on, middle is off and other side is power and laser on. Add a push button to turn on laser with switch in first position. And third position is power and constant on. I say this with a working one in my hand.

@skillmake17 күн бұрын
Yes, this number is for electric power and it is engraved on the laser, but I think the power of the laser itself is something like 10-15 watts.
@uvuvwevwevweosas643216 күн бұрын
No, it doesn't even have 10W... 5W at most, and that's maybe by playing it. Then why are you lying in the video? The 532nm laser is about 80mW and the 440-445nm is about 5W. Learn to distinguish between electrical power and laser power.

Yes, adding more lenses can help improve focus, but it depends on the type and arrangement of the lenses. More lenses can help refine the focal point and control the beam, but using too many could affect the intensity or cause other issues. It’s all about finding the right balance!

Can this laser cut metal???? If so it would be a great laser welder project,maybe cheaper too.... The power outfit must be around 2000 watt,this should be hot enough to melt steel wire.... The purpose of laser welder provide accurate neat welding cache plus eliminate use of shielding gas like carbon dioxide,argon or helium.... I also suspect it would requires cooling device for power supply to prevent overheat.... Particular machines are exist however they very expansive and too huge to occupy little spaces so such welder deems unpractical for small confined spaces....
@skillmake9 күн бұрын
Yes, a powerful laser can cut metal, but it would need to be a high-wattage laser, typically around 1000 to 2000 watts, to effectively cut or weld metal like steel. For welding, you'd also need precise control over power and a cooling system to prevent overheating. You're right, traditional laser welders can be expensive and large, but creating a smaller, more affordable version could be a game-changer for small spaces. It would also eliminate the need for shielding gases like CO2 or argon, which is a huge advantage!
