I do hope you realize there is this program in windows called mouse keys, where you can use the numerical keyboard to control the mouse, both clicks and movement? And plenty of little programs you can run in the background that can simulate clicking the mouse keys? And then some mouses come with programs themselves in which you can setup macro's with clicking? I know about this since i sometimes play a game called modded minecraft, and you sometimes end up sieving materials through a sieve, and that requires lots of clicking. IN all, it's a lot less stressful for your mouse.

I had to buy mines because mine is way way more advanced. The mouse cursor moves around onscreen autonomously. It can drag and drop folders while I’m off my computer. It’s like a ai autoclicker. I had to program it.

A mate got a PC keypad that had programable macro buttons. He'd always have one button set to rapidly fire about a 16 shot burst from any semi auto weapon. It worked ridiculously well, and could near as damn it unload a whole mag into another player as quick as the games mechanics would allow. It made him hard to beat on games servers that were setup with only short range weapons.......... Right up until he got permanently banned from an online game he played for "Cheating". :D
