Hello Everyone! This time we changed the style of the video and we want your feedback! After all, the important thing for us is for you to enjoy our videos! Please watch the video and leave your comment. Thank you! What changed? 1. Lower volume background music 2. No transitions 3. Real time viewing (except some scenes on a lathe)

I liked the previous style it was more stylish with the transitions and louder background music but I also don't mind this style. This style feels more realistic and raw. I would say that the lathe volume was a bit too loud at some occasions.

Two things you're going to have issues with: 1: It appears you're using a fuel pump as your liquid pump here. If so, part of how a fuel pump exists is by it being submerged to provide cooling. Without it, you'll burn through these pumps. 2: You put your power supply in a closed box. These require air flow in order not to overheat. I know you're trying to get these out of the way of the liquid, but still, you've got to have something there or it's going to burn up. Other than that, this is a great build.

hi @MakeitExtreme , for my part you have clearly increased the quality of your videos, this format is really great, the sound is perfect, you have done a good job I love it a lot. As usual, the creation is crazy and this format makes crafting seem more accessible for novices so well done, keep it up

aren't pumps like that typically cooled by the liquid there submerged in? by moving it outside the tank wont it burn out easier?

Personally, I prefer hearing, seeing, and listening to the tools/machinery doing their thing-I can listen to a radio whenever I want to. Your ideas/designs and final builds are great-they're also a means to learn. What I am tired of are all the negative Nancy's in the comments-just ignore em' keep building. 👍 God bless.

Same here. The sounds of machinery are great. Computers generated club music? Not so much.

I much prefer this style. Far more focus on actual building and fabrication, and music isn't distracting, but background fill. Building these tools and machinery is what got me interested in your channel to begin with. Well done.

I wish KZbin had an option to turn off background music. I find music very disturbing with these types of videos and it adds nothing at all, except irritation. it's a shame about the video, because the content is very good. cheers ben.

It's a plague on YT these days. Even worse when people have the music the same volume as their voice over. WTF? People seem to be embarrassed about their content or something and add music thinking it adds value or makes it interesting when all it really does is distract or make voice over illegible.
@aarondcmedia9585

Having said that, I don't hear an issue with the music in this video - the machining sounds take precedence, and the music is not distracting at least to my ears.

I hope it is not a gasoline fuel pump. This pump has not hermetic motor, but everything - brushes, commutator, winding and bearings are submerged in gasoline which is not conductive. If you fill it by water, electrolysis from DC current eat its internals very quickly.

Grab a .99 cent sink screen for the drain. It will catch larger debris, keeping your fluid cleaner.... and may be handy if you drop a small part inadvertently.. Great build

Awesome work.. apart from the pump you used. They are fuel only, as the liquid runs through the pump electrical and the rotor. It will probably die very quickly with water based cleaners. You will also need a much better filter for those kinds of pumps too, as they use ceramic plates to pump the liquid with very very close tolerances to get the pressure for an EFI system, and they do not like grit. I would advise getting a low tolerance centrifugal pump, it wont care about the solution you use, and wont care about dirty fluid. As well your spray nozzle might get blocked without a semi decent filter.

On channels like this, where they often go for pretty ambitious projects, I always wonder what projects we DON'T end up seeing? I'm thinking about stuff where they get half way through and realise there's a major design flaw so have to start from scratch, or get it finished and find that it doesn't really work properly. I'm guessing there must be at least a couple where the raw footage is just sitting there on the (Probably green) "Make it Extream" video editing computer. It could be interesting to prepare a "They can't all work" type video of them, just as something to release if the main project overruns seriously and there's nothing else ready to upload at the time.

I'm not a hater, but this machine looks tough to use. Visibility thru the wet plexiglass is limited. Reaching your hands up under the guard looks cumbersome. The brush is kinda big and it's hard to believe it cleaned all of the nooks and crannies of that carburetor.

95% of the car parts I need cleaned that aren't easily taken care of with degreaser soak and a simple power washer session are the ones with all the nooks and crannies hat big straight roller brush will never reach😂 I agree with ya. I use a 2" long bristle 3"×4" sized brush and it'll get 99% of all the nooks and crannies. I hand clean every single part when I have a motor torn down/being built and I gotta be honest.. that machine just wouldn't be very useful. 1 Solution to a 99 part problem that doesn't exist

The brush setup is scary. It needs something to keep your hands parts or both from getting stuck inside. A part could easily go through around and bust your hands and fingers up. Hopefully you used polycarbonate not acrylic wich shatters on impact. Cool idea though.

Can you Build a maschine for cleaning paint guns?
@AgentWest
@AgentWest 4 ай бұрын
All you really need to clean those is a stream of acetone, so something as basic as a small fuel pump with a piece of fuel hose will provide just that. Take the nozzle and paint tank off the spray gun, plug up the hose into where paint tank was, turn on pump. Few minutes later your gun will be flushed out and clean. This is pretty much how professional spray gun cleaners work, only you get a fancy tub and all that. Just keep in mind that it does use up a good amount of acetone, so if you paint a bunch you should look into an acetone distiller. Just like a moonshine one, it boils off clean acetone, then condenses it back into liquid, and leaves impurities behind.
