Felt that intro in my soul haha Anyways, do you have any more pork recipes? Family has several hogs worth of wild pork and we’re starting to get burnt out on our typical recipes, and I only really know how to cook pork ribs… (Speaking of, here’s my family’s recipe for barbecue ribs, since I’m sure someone here would enjoy it. Use the largest pot available to you to boil the pork ribs for an hour, skimming off any scum and foam that rises to the top. Slap ribs in a pan you don’t care about, or use a foil insert/ disposable pan, and smother ribs in barbecue sauce, Sweet Baby Ray’s recommended but any relatively sweet bbq sauce will work. Now, you could now just throw the pan directly into a 165°C oven for an hour, or you can place the ribs in the fridge overnight to a few days. If you let the ribs and sauce mingle in the fridge like this, then just cook in the oven for 2 hours instead. You’re looking for the contents to have been heated thoroughly and for the sauce to begin crusting onto the ribs. Served usually with mashed potatoes and whatever vegetables you want, cooked to your preference. Save the remaining sauce from the pan, it’s a grand condiment)

Idk if youd like this but u can try some asian dishes. Pork rib soup (or any scrap meat), braised pork (can double this with bao buns too), lechon kawali, crispy pata, abodo, korean bbq (sesame, bulgogi, any scrap meat), or katsu. Soups my personal favorite bc its easiest and pork meat becomes super soft. I love bbq ribs too so ill try it out ur recipe before christmas lol

Boris! Please update the BIOS of your motherboard to the latest version! Intel 13th and 14th gen CPU has a well documented instability issues and irreversible degradation that'll slowly kill your system! Latest BIOS update presumably have all the microcode fix from intel that prevent degradation and make your system more stable. There's a good coverage made by GamersNexus explaining all this stuff on KZbin.

All cores unparked at all times running at 80%. GPU should have an afterburn similar to a jet engine. I'm willing to bet a very large sum of money that running pc this way will make it live for more than 2 decades.

I've only had one crash with S2 and that was day one. Yea, there are some issues with frames staying in the same ballpark sometimes but after gaming for the last 30 years I've realized that regardless of system and engine, that's going to happen. PCs and consoles have had this issue since PS1 and Xbox.

Hi Boris, please be aware that 14th gen intel chips are prone to degradation, I don't think the i5s are affected, but a bit of research wouldn't harm If you are still able to return the cpu and mobo and replace them with the newer (200?) gen or some amd part (which would probably be better for an itx buid) it could bring peace of mind

6:35 G-SYNC/FreeSync is actually very useful as it is a better alternative to using V-SYNC, as having V-SYNC enabled can hurt performance, and you don't have to mess with any V-SYNC/Framerate limiters (for the most part)
